Sports Integrity Australia is the national organization focused on addressing integrity issues in Australian sports. SIA provides guidance, education, and assistance to athletes and sports environments on issues including prohibited substances, abuse, competition manipulation, and overall protection within sports.

Conclusion

The project successfully upgraded the Sports Integrity App, significantly enhancing its features, functionality, and user experience. This included streamlining feedback and reporting processes, resulting in positive user feedback and increased engagement. The implementation of scheduled updates and bug fixes was successful, ensuring the app continued to be a vital resource for SIA's target audience. Client feedback highlighted satisfaction with the quality of the maintenance and upgrade work.  

Key lessons learned emphasized the importance of clear communication and governance structures for long-term project success, as well as the value of leveraging historical app knowledge for efficient upgrades.
