The Suburban Land Agency (SLA) looked to CRE8IVE to develop a distinctive look and feel for a new Canberra suburb named Whitlam. The brand and positioning needed to stand-out in a crowded market and be able to appeal to a large range of potential buyers.

Suburban Land Agency (SLA) looked to CRE8IVE to build a brand identity and promote Whitlam which is now one of the ACT’s most sought-after suburbs. Since the conception of Whitlam, CRE8IVE and SLA have maintained a long-lasting partnership throughout several sales releases and the creation of the SLA Display Village. Since the launch in 2019, SLA has had 8 land releases in Whitlam, with the majority selling out within days.
