Morgan’s Group provide the Canberra community with effective and high-quality services in labour hire, flooring, complex damage restoration and carpet cleaning. While Morgan’s Group have a loyal customer base, the general community only know them for their original carpet cleaning services. They engaged CRE8IVE to help reposition their brand to reflect their standing as a large, adept and multifaceted business.

From a collaborative workshop with Morgan’s Group, we determined the true vision and values of the business together. As a family owned business, Morgan’s Group has a caring culture, exceptional service and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude for their clients.

By laying out their values and mission, we could help Morgan’s Group craft a brand, message and visual identity that reflects their attributes and culture. 

 

The brandmark


The branding element ‘strip’ was designed as a visual element to convey their ability to transform spaces through diligent and attentive services. The strip features in their logo, icons and a can be used across a range of messaging applications.
